Understory is a light and delicate woodland gin inspired by the dark corners of the Galloway Forest Park. Distilled here in Kirkcudbright at the nearby Dark Art distillery, this gin won the country winner award for Scotland at the World Gin awards in 2024.

Gold medal winner at the World Gin awards 2020 – this gin uses Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu, akamatsu wood chips (Japanese red pine), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Ki No Bi uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi.

Double Gold award winner at the 2024 World Spirits competition, this London Dry gin is a versatile, smooth gin that infuses 11 botanicals including locally hand-picked blackcurrants and rowan berries, rose petals, Szechuan pepper and liquorice root.

A botanically rich spirit from St. Andrews, Scotland with a slightly saline base which is made using kombu seaweed sourced in Fife. It also incorporates other ingredients inspired by the those flavors that can be found around coastal golf courses in Scotland, such as Lavender and Pine.
